Einar Öder Magnússon: “A great Christmas gift”

LOENEN (NETHERLANDS) 4 December 2007 - Einar Öder Magnússon received the first Holland’O7 triple DVD on Tuesday 4 December. After watching a great deal of the 444 minutes of World Championships footage, the trainer of the Icelandic team at the World Championships Icelandic Horses 2007,  praised the producers of the three DVDs unconditionally: “This is really very nice, very professional. A great Christmas gift”.

Einar had just completed a long weekend training Dutch riders at Armet Tuijn’s Training Centre for Icelandic Horses in Loenen [south of the city of Apeldoorn) in The Netherlands.

The production of the DVDs encountered a number of unforeseeable technical problems causing serious delay in delivery. But shipping finally started in week 49. “We had to choose between either disappointing our customers with faulty DVDs delivered on time or disappointing our customers by delaying delivery”, says Steven de Winter of Notion Pictures who produced the DVDs with Patrick Brand of DutchView. “We choose to disappoint our customers by delaying delivery as we are convinced that once they have seen the end result they will appreciate our decision. There are still some imperfections, but too unimportant to justify any further delay”.
